I agree with the majority of getting a few dashcams. Try to write down descriptions of the cars and people in them for the police.
I think the last thing you should do is get a gun because in reality they're not posing much of a threat to you, and if you were to shoot an innocent person for believing they were stalking you it would be worse than just being stalked
There's an update on facebook but I can't link directly.
Houghton County Veteran Service Office
**UPDATE: The Houghton County Sheriff's Department is working a very promising lead and it appears this person has been identified and is, in fact, a Veteran. We will send updates as we get them and appreciate the outpouring of support. If it were not for all of the shares and cross-posts, we would not be in this promising situation.**
ORIGINAL POST: This gentleman came to our office hoping we might be able to help him find out who he is and where he came from. He was found wandering south of Houghton, MI near Lake Perrault last summer. The only things he can remember is that he believes his name may be Lincoln Maxfield, born in 1963, and he may have served in the military. The only thing he had in his possession when he was found was a cell phone that had no numbers in its memory. When we called the carrier, they said the phone was not registered to a name, but had been activated in /near zip code 28012 in North Carolina. The local Sherriff department ran fingerprints but did not get any matches so far.
A local Good Samaritan has been providing a place for Lincoln to stay in a trailer, but this arrangement was only meant to be temporary and cannot continue in the harsh winter cold. Until we can prove his Veteran status, there is little our office can do to help.
This situation may seem unbelievable, but Lincoln is truly frustrated, embarrassed, and losing hope. He is willing to do whatever it takes to find out who he is. If you know who this man is, please PM us."
I'm curious how he acted when he unlocked the door, the last moments with him, how was it? How was he speaking? Eye movement normal? Age? 25-30? Has your friend not asked about the letter he left? Has he reached out since leaving? Just curious as to why you've not had him decipher his own letter, I know what happened is freaky.. But no one was hurt, and he could truly be mentally ill. Be understanding, don't murphy law just yet. If dude thought Mr Hyde was coming out, and had the control to lock up the room, seems harmless miii amorrrr
nah really idk about his evaluating his risk to you all, but surely this could be done over text messages lol...
Stop being concerned over literally nothing. It’s another day where someone is selling their rental portfolio as a package deal and retiring on a beach somewhere with no worries
I'm sorry, but the $19.6 million dollar amount that you're citing is for all of the properties showing on Zillow.
The deeds recorded here are "Multiple Parcel Sale" deeds. All of the properties you're citing (and more) were transferred for a total of $19,567,768 on June 9, 2021.
This is copied directly from the [DeKalb County, GA Tax Records](https://propertyappraisal.dekalbcountyga.gov/datalets/datalet.aspx?mode=sales&sIndex=1&idx=7&LMparent=20):
Sale Date Price Tran Code Grantor Grantee Instrument Book / Page
06/09/2021 19,567,768 1 - Multiple Parcel Sale RNTR 3 LLC FKH SFR PROPCO D LP LW - LIMITEDWARRANTY DEED 29473 / 00671
Zillow pulls the data from public records, and given that they were transferred by single deed, it records the same transaction, despite covering several parcels.
You'll see another deed recorded the same way for $4,979,904 on June 9, 2021 with the same end result.
**EDIT:** I caved and gave the Georgia State Clerk of Courts my credit card number and pulled the [**deed and tax filing.**](https://imgur.com/a/yBc6QWu)
With some concern for some that will see that consideration of $10 is listed, **this is just a standard, boilerplate recital** that signifies that consideration was exchanged for the properties. Note that it does say "and other good and valuable consideration". That consideration is outlined on the e-filed PT-61.
The e-filed PT-61 shows the ***Actual Value of Consideration Paid*** which is, of course, $19,567,768.
Note that where the address of a single property deed **WOULD** be, it references **Exhibit "A",** incorporated to the deed, which is a spreadsheet of ALL of the properties.
I have included one page of the spreadsheet as well.
This, **unequivocally confirms** that **one deed** transferred **106** properties for **$19,567,768** or an **average of $188,679 per property,** more or less market value.
This isn't that strange it's likely a package of real estate. Instead of selling 20 properties each with appraisals and taxes, they package them. Or if it's a transfer from a private owner to a corporation the sales records would appear this way. Most likely they all sold at once for $20,000,000. This is for tax purposes sometimes and it saves money in general consolidating sales like this. Or it could be a forclosure on a loan of $20,000,000 and that's the lender taking possession back.
Could this be rocket RPG? Is an old game but I think they made it compatible on mobile phones and is downloadable (to check I this is it) in the play store
For the past several years, on different phones, I would hear a voice similar to mind that would repeat everything. I thought it was a glitch from a virus or something. Or maybe a hacker is recording my calls. Anyway, I never really thought too much of it. But one time it really freaked me. One time, while on the phone, I asked myself where something was. I *never* ask "where are you at?" or "where is my (...) at?" I was taught in school that when you begin a question with "where" you never end it with "at". And I know that's common for a lot of people. One time I asked myself "where the he'll is my (...)?" And when it repeated, the voice ended it with "at". Something that really spooked me bc I *never* say that and didn't say it then. Also, I should mention that this voice sounds like a hideous rendition of mine. I always thought that's just how I sound over the phone, or maybe my voice sounds different to others than it sounds to me. But nope. I've recorded myself speaking before and the microphone didn't sound like that voice. Sounded just like me. So what I hear when I speak is what others hear. And this has happened over many phones I've owned.
In the Google Home app you can click on your account profile icon and choose "My Activity" and it will show you everything it thought it heard you say. It's not unusual for it to have heard something incorrectly.
Yeah, but still swimming in a river like Sava is almost impossible especially in December and while being probably intoxicated.
Yeah, but what I find odd the most is the fact that he ran for a couple of kilometers and tried to enter a taxi which can be seen on the video. Why would he run and try to get to a taxi and then just randomly hop in the river...
If he went in the river Sava that night it would be really difficult for him to swim out of it since Sava was really harsh that night it would be almost impossible for anyone to swim out of it.
I’ve found some links to the original story for background info for whoever needs it
Is there a link to story’s that were publishing when he went missing? You’ve got a lot of your own theories pretty solidly laid out here, might be good to see the story as it was initially so we can see why you are going down this particular path…?
Had a friend who speaks Arabic look into it, said he could not make out much of what was written. The text on the right page inside the square says "mohamd rasol allah" which means Mohamed the messenger of allah.
He says it could just possibly be a troll or some random note.
He says the page on the left is not Arabic and could be Persian (Farsi) instead.
Hope this helps.
When I went into the website on Firefox I found that the website is even bigger, at the bottom of the website when you scroll down there are lots of different links that direct to news articles
it seems the website is very new only being made in January 2022
It may just be some random website for news about tech, economics, etc...
Or some kind of ARG website, there aren't really any dark connections (I can find) or anything. Or could be some kind of geek website trying to prank you by typing ".com" on accident.
I recommend just asking your parents if they have the book collection again and try remembering the covering maybe u might remember after looking at it
Perhaps not much use, but the obvious stock car racing venue near Tooting at the time would be Wimbledon Stadium https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wimbledon_Stadium

Dude just accept you don't know what you're talking about and look into *useful* ways to help your friend.
Where did you get this string?
Touché Amore? The album is called Stage Four.
You could try posting to /baking or /cooking and see if anyone has a copy there.
Have you changed your number recently? Otherwise someone is trying to steal one of your accounts
Federal law in the US is if something shows up to you through the mail that you didn't order, it's yours for free. Companies do this for improved ratings of "verified buyers" they've created a fake account for and shipped to real addresses in the US. Just beware of electronics that could be bugged or have malware etc. I'd just sell the item if it ever shows up, too much privacy risk if it's an electronic item.

Suing is expensive, and the defendant won't pay for any legal advice even if you win. There's also the problem of finding her, Here is some advice I found on [Quora](https://www.quora.com/How-can-you-sue-someone-with-their-full-name-but-no-address):
*"To file suit against an individual human being for harm done and money damages you must have his or her name and address. To complete a suit it must be served on the person by sheriffs or other appropriate designees who, upon physically serving the person, file an affidavit of service. You can not serve a person by sending to a post office box or publication in some random paper of your choice or by declaring your intention on a street corner. Service at a physical address on an individual is key. You must have the right address. You can not serve a person at a place he or she works unless that being is the owner. You must serve the being being sued, not their twin or their uncle or friend or the family dog who answers the door and wags its tail. Maybe their wife, if a named party. Service on the person sued at a proper physical address is an absolute must. If you don’t know, hire a constable or a detective. In estate, custody and divorce and adoption cases, missing parties may, on cause and proof shown, be served by publication."*

Because you know the full legal name and state, you might be able to find them with one of [these](https://www.wikihow.com/Find-a-Current-Address-for-Someone) tools.
I've done the best that I can with the information I have, and I've found that the price of suing could easily be much greater than that the original offense. It's a bad situation, but I think that it may be best to let it go. That being said I look forward to seeing what somebody who knows what they are doing giving some advice.
PS: Unless you can prove that she meant to scam you, you have no case against her with the police.
^(In the interest of transparency, This will be my first real reddit post, good luck with your money.)
Call the local health department.
I would contact a lawyer and show them all this. You are entitled to that money
Bruises are incredibly non-specific, and neither time nor cause can be accurately determined by looking at them.
Imagine going through all that effort and then forgetting to replace the firstname.lastname@example.org email with a real one on their site.
The picture looks to be a football field, but I can't really find anything on it. How did you obtain this picture?
This happens a lot to be honest

Id guess daisy was the feline version of the littlest hobo and simply went onto a new adventure somewhere else.

That’s my first thought but they can’t be smoking 24/7 right? I mean won’t they die or something?
That footage is destroyed and irretrievable. When tape re-records it erases the information before recording new video. So nothing has been taped 'over' anything else, the footage is simply erased. Sorry for the bad news.
Just to be clear, it was a Lloyds Bank lanyard and in addition there was some sort of medal attached at the bottom? They did make a special pin badge and lanyard for the London 2012 Olympic/Paralympic Games. I know that's outside your range, but is this similar to what you have in mind?
