I was thinking about this today I think a lot of men, and women, base their self worth on their ability to attain the things society values, getting a partner, having children, getting a house, etc Personally I am much happier when I am able to be alone after work or socializing. My brothers have children and seeing how much stress that causes them, and all the financial costs of it, really doesn't make me desire that for now either. I don't really care what other people think of my lifestyle, I used to and it lead to a lot of stress that I self medicated to cope with, but now that I'm older and wiser I've found I'm much more content only doing things I actually want to do, and not what I think society expects of me. It's roughly the same because I tried to make sure all the bars were filled equally, and if you mix it thoroughly enough it should be pretty homogeneous You could think of it like volumetric dosing, say you have 10ml of water, and you dissolve 10g of salt into it You could be pretty sure there will be 1g of salt per 1ml of water Now obviously the mushrooms arent soluble in chocolate, but I mixed it very well I also only did a little over 100mg per square so in case there was a chocolate that had some extra girth, it would still be a good dose for my needs

Let me know if there's a technique I should be using I was thinking there might be a way to make the chocolate more resistant to melting at room temperature?

This chocolate worked much better than the really dark stuff I tried last time The dark stuff didn't melt into a nice semi liquid chocolate so it was a lot harder to get the mushroom powders mixed homogenously, and it made the bars have more visible imperfections. I also found out that Lily's dark chocolate is amongst the companies that are under fire for having lead and cadmium in their chocolate 😆 Recipe: - Set up a double boiler with two pots and melted one bag of chocolate chips, pictured in my images I uploaded - a few shakes of cinnamon - added 7.25g of finely ground cubensis mushrooms, and a bit of lion's mane extract just because I felt like it - stirred until my wrist wouldn't let me anymore - used a spoon to transfer the melted chocolate into my silicone chocolate bar mold, and distribute it as evenly as possible to maintain a roughly equal dosage between the bars - used a knife to flatten everything out, then put it in the freezer to solidify There are 6 bars with 10 square segments on each, and a bit of chocolate was left in my bowl and on my spoons, so I'll assume the 7.25g of mushrooms ended up being a little less, and we'll say it was 7g total in the end for easy math That means each little square would be roughly 116mg of mushrooms
